New Website Launched

Posted by Campbell on November 26th, 2007 filed in Website

We are delighted to announce that we have launched an updated Website. The website sports much more than a new look it also provides a platform for more customer input and discussion. Please note that when you next log in to Cadimage Tools you will be prompted to add a User Name to your profile. The User Name will be displayed when you Add Feedback or post items in the Forums.

Feedback

The new website allows users to place Feedback for all of the tools. This Feedback we hope will be beneficial for potential customers to better understand the Tools.

Forums

We have introduced Forums into the website so you can ask questions, make comment or share ideas. The Cadimage Tools team will moderate these Forums and join threads where necessary!

Presets

Many of the Cadimage Tools use the Presets system to store information for regular use. The website now provides a portal for users to publish their own Presets for other users to download and use.

Cadimage Tools will verify that Presets work with the intended tool, but take no responsibility for the quality of the content of the Presets.

As with the Tools, users can post Feedback relating to the supplied Presets that may help other users in the future.

+ More

Keep an eye out for more new developments in the coming months - the next piece of functionality is an Online Support Portal so you can log and monitor support issues with the Cadimage Tools team and keep a track of it!

The Support system will be fully searchable so will also be useful as a knowledge base.
