Customer Feedback…
Posted by Campbell on September 29th, 2008 filed in ArchiCAD 12, Landscaping Tools, Trees of the South PacificAs a company we take customer service and satisfaction very seriously. This is easier said then done when you are running an international company primarily via the internet.
That is why when we receive feedback from our customers we get a buzz. Not all feedback is good but all feedback helps us develop and grow as a company.
Today we got an email from a new customer in Melbourne, Australia. Jim Fogarty recently purchased our Landscaping Suite including the Trees of the South Pacific.
Jim email said:
“Thought you might be interested to see the attached - I write for the Melbourne Age Newspaper and every now and then I do a case study of a garden from a reader that writes in with a design problem
Good to see your handy work being used?”
In response to Jim’s question “yes we are very stoked to see our handy work being used!”
We love to see our Tools being used in our customers day-to-day work!
During our email conversation with Jim he went on to say:
” It is great to see this tool develop … … I am not aware of anything this good available anywhere”
So keep the feedback coming, the Team definitely enjoy a pat-on-the-back every once in a while and also know that constructive cusotmer feedback leads to the development of even better Tools!
Our aim is to deliver Tools our customers need so keep the feedback coming!

Announcing Trees of the South Pacific
Posted by Campbell on August 26th, 2008 filed in ArchiCAD 12, Landscaping Tools, Product News, Trees of the South PacificCadimage Tools is please to announce an extension to their Popular Landscaping Tools: Trees of the South Pacific - A database of Plants for use with the Landscaping Tools produced in conjunction with Enviro Graphic owner Andrew Dale.

Andrew has many years experience within the computer graphics industry including animation, photographic retouching, graphic design and aerial photography.
After obtaining his pilot licence, Andrew became involved with several other pilots in creating computer based flight simulation environments using GIS data and orthophotography:
“I required ready made images of southern pacific plants I could convert into 3d models for the simulation and discovered no one was making them. I created my own and realised other industries required high quality flora for 2d,3d and print - Enviro Graphic was born”
Enviro Graphic aim to create a large library of southern pacific native flora from Australia, New Zealand and the Pacific Islands. Unique plant life from the southern hemisphere is becoming very popular in modern landscaping throughout the world with nurseries in the United Kingdom and USA specialising in the supply of southern pacific native flora.
Specialising in high resolution photo real nature and environmental stock graphics, our products are designed to save time and money for busy architectural practices, landscape architects and visual designers using industry standard 2d and 3d applications.
Using the Images within Andrew’s catalog, Cadimage Tools have created a comprehensive database of Plants and associated plant cut-outs that utilise the Hi-res images to produce stunning 3d Imagery.
